AUSTRALIA POST TEMPORARY BANS ON DELIVERY OF PARCELS TO THE USA AND PUERTO RICO HAVE NOW BEEN LIFTED. MUSTANG RECORDS IS ONCE AGAIN ABLE TO SHIP TO THOSE REGIONS.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SHIPPING OF PARCELS VIA AUSTRALIA POST.

From 31 May 2026, Mustang Records will be required to provide recipient contact details for every parcel we ship through Australia Post.

From this date Mustang Records will not be able to lodge parcels with Australia Post, our preferred carrier, unless we provide an accurate recipient email address and/or Australian mobile telephone number for every parcel shipped domestically. The majority of our customers already comply with this new ruling, however, a small minority of customers do not provide an email address and another small minority provide only a landline telephone number. Mustang Records always aims to ship orders out within 2-3 working days of receipt of an order and failure to comply with the new Australia Post ruling may delay shipment of your order whilst we chase the required information. If we cannot provide the information under this new ruling, Australia Post will not accept the parcels for shipping. Your co-operation regarding the new ruling would be deeply appreciated.

This mandatory capture of the recipient's Australian mobile number and/or email address for all domestic shipments supports the transfer of street addressed parcels to parcel lockers (if no one is home when delivery is attempted).

COMPLETING PURCHASES ON MUSTANG WEBSITE USING CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS.

It has come to our attention that some prospective customers are having difficulty completing purchases using credit and debit cards. Should you wish to complete a purchase using either credit or debit cards please click on the "PayPal Express" button to complete the transaction not the solo "PayPal" button. You will be directed to a page which offers you payment via "PayPal" or using another method. When you are redirected to this page look below the PayPal logging in box and select "Use another method" or "Choose another method" you will then be redirected back to a page where you must enter all your details such as name, address, phone number etc. This information is required in case of any dispute in relation to the purchase. Once you have entered in all your details as requested click on the "Checkout" to complete the transaction.. Only click on the solo "PayPal" button of you wish to complete the transaction using funds in your PayPal account.

APPLICATION FOR AN INCREASE IN POSTAGE RATES.

Mustang Records has been advised that Australia Post has applied to the Federal Government Communications Minister for approval to increase all postal rates for items carried by Australia Post. This will effect all letters and parcels both domestically and internationally. As soon as Mustang Records is informed of the new rates it will be with considerable regret that we will have to make changes to our postage charges on all orders.
