As of 1 July 2023, Australia Post, our preferred method of shipping, has increased their charges for the shipping of parcels and it is with some regret Mustang Records has found it necessary to increase our shipping charges both domestically and internationally as we cannot absorb the increases in shipping. For the most part domestic customers will find very little change in shipping costs, however, internationally the increases are a little more significant. Mustang Records has also decided to ship all international orders with tracking instead of International Economy postage without tracking following a couple of incidents recently where orders have gone astray in transit and, fortunately, Australia Post was able to locate the orders because they had tracking and deliver the orders successfully albeit a little later than usual. We have also been receiving requests from many international customers to provide tracking numbers and as tracking attracts a higher shipping cost we have reflected this additional cost into our shipping rates. Mustang Records has earned a reputation over the years for good quality goods, fair prices, fast shipping and a lot of care taken into packing orders so as to reduce the likelihood of damage to goods in transit and we will continue to make every effort to uphold our standards into the future.
