MARK WYNTER WAS A HUGE STAR IN THE EARLY '60s IN ENGLAND ALTHOUGH HIS CAREER BEGAN AT THE VERY END OF THE '50s. HIS FIRST COUPLE OF RELEASES WENT NOWHERE BUT AFTER TAKING SINGING LESSONS AND THE INTRODUCTION OF BIG ORCHESTRAL BACKINGS HE HIT THE TOP OF THE CHARTS WITH “DREAM GIRL” IN 1961 AND FOLLOWED UP WITH A HOST OF HITS. HE RECORDED MANY SONGS OVER THE NEXT DECADE OR SO WITH MANY OF HIS RECORDINGS FEATURED IN THIS SUPERB 3CD SET. EXCELLENT ****.
