REVIEW: DVD features an American Bandstand revival show from what appears to be the mid '70s, unfortunately, no date is given. Highlighted are the performances of Bo Diddley, Chubby Checker and Fabian, with a brief appearance by Bobby Rydell and Frankie Avalon when they join Fabian on the Introduction. Show is hosted by Fabian. Other artists that appeared on the show but not featured on the DVD are The Coasters, The Crystals, The Diamonds, Lou Christie, Lesley Gore and Little Anthony. The concert has been professionally filmed so the quality is excellent and the audio is more than acceptable.
PERFORMANCES: Video opens with an introduction which gives a very brief clip of all the performances contained in the video before breaking into the complete performances. Really not necessary, but, I guess there is a reason for this although I’m not sure what. Below is a complete list of all the performances featured on the video.
