REVIEW: Step back into the annals of Rugby League history and experience some of the greatest ever games from the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. Not until the 1980s did “The Entertainers” from Belmore truly stamp their authority on the competition, winning four premierships in a decade and laying the foundation for future success. Sit back and enjoy five classic Bulldogs games from the last 30 years, each presented in their entire original broadcast format - a must have for the true Doggies fan.

1985, PRELIMINARY FINAL – BULLDOGS 26-0 EELS. After a tight first half “The Entertainers” show no mercy to their Premiership rivals Parramatta Eels in the second half, on their way to a second consecutive Grand Final and their third Premiership in six years.

1988, MAJOR SEMI-FINAL – BULLDOGS 26-8 SHARKS. The Bulldogs again state their Premiership credentials with 26-8 demolition of Minor Premiers the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and advance to the Grand Final where they hoist their fourth Premiership trophy of the decade.

1998, PRELIMINARY FINAL – BULLDOGS 32-20 EELS. After scraping into the finals, the Bulldogs become the masters of sudden-death finals footy, winning four straight elimination games, including this miraculous comeback from 18-2 down against the Eels.

2004, PRELIMINARY FINAL – BULLDOGS 30-14 PANTHERS. After losing to the Cowboys in Week 1 of the finals, the Bulldogs recover and set up a tough encounter with last year year’s Premiers Penrith, with the winner to face Minor Premiers the Roosters in the decider.

2012, PRELIMINARY FINAL  BULLDOGS 32-8 RABBITOHS. Rejuvenated under new coach Des Hasler, the Bulldogs meet a fired-up Rabbitohs in a mouth-watering Preliminary Final. After a tight early tussle, the Dogs of War are let off the leash as they run out 32-8 winners.
